The area and space was great. But very poorly equipped - what a nightmare Positive: The area was lovely. Pool was clean. Play area was great. Negative: They told us the cleaning fee is included. It was not included. There was no daily cleaning. I had to contact them and ask them about it. The cleaning fee is the fee paid by me for the apartment to be cleaned once I checked out. It was an 8 sleeper but they had 3 teaspoons. Kitchen was poorly equipped with cutlery and basic cooking tools needed such as a simple egg lifter. There was NO cleaning items such as a sponge, dish towel, etc. They had a sleeper couch but no pillows to sleep. And no adequate bedding. The bedding that was supplied had stains and was dirty. Absolutely disgusting.

I'm tired, I won't repeat the experience Positive: Location and pool Negative: There is no room cleaning service. I noticed bed bugs on the bed, which caused us itchy skin.

Dubai apartment Positive: Apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Perfect location and I love the service of the staff. I would definitely recommend it to anyone
